Each product is CUSTOM MADE by machine. We do not accept returns unless there is an obvious issue that is our fault.

Domestic: 

USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or UPS Ground (4 business days) depending on cost within the contiguous mainland 48 states* We CANNOT accept PO BOXES for Display orders. They require USPS and the cost to ship them is incredibly high in most cases.

International:

Instead of correcting the problem, Sean basically claimed he has a small business and showed how he doesn't care about 1st time buyers. Don't waste your time or money, Sean doesn't care about it's customers. Instead he provides shitty customer service and steal your money.

Absolute lie. You ordered a Godzilla Acrylic Case. We shipped a Godzilla Acrylic Case. You received it and showed me a photo that you did. You emailed us 3 different times in a few hours asking for a refund because you caimed you received something different and you had the packing slip to prove it. We asked for a photo of the packing slip because it could have been a simple mistake on our part, so we wanted to verify. You sent it, we verified you received the correct item. The product listing says Pop Box Size: 7h x 5.5w x 5d. The packing slip shows 7.5h x 6.75w x 5.5d. Why is that? Because that is the size of the acrylic case that goes over the Pop Box with room width wise for the corner blocks. We told you exactly that, and you called us scammers and to stop explaining it. You ordered an acrylic case for Godzilla and literally received the exact case for Godzilla that you ordered. It fits. It does exactly what the listing says it does and shows. Every detail is accurate. It is only because of how you spoke to us that we refused to accept a return and told you never to buy from us again. Here are some key phrases you used in your emails "This is a joke." "You can't even send the correct product." "False Advertising." "I will ask my bank to revoke the payment for false merchandise." "This is really a scam." "The item will go in the trash if not provided because I have no use for it." "I don't need any more explanations."
