Below are the most common questions we are asked on a daily basis. Before contacting us we ask that you please refer to this section to help our small customer service team mitigate extra emails. Thank you.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

This happens all the time. 95% of the time, the package will show up a few days after it is scanned that it was delivered. It is probably still on their truck. Please give it a few more days. We appreciate your patience.

You will receive a tracking number the second we print the label to ship. If for some reason you do not, it is probably a system glitch. Just reach out with your order number and we can look it up.

We do not always stock everything in one location. The order may be split and sent by another warehouse location. In other situations the product may be Print to Order from another company and they will receive the order and ship it themselves a few days later.

It may not be lost. 95% of the time the package shows up a few days or a week later. Please give it a few more days. We appreciate your patience.

We are not a shipping company. We pack everything safely and quickly. We do our job and they do theirs. We are a small company and they are a massive company. Always remember that please and have patience.

Displays: UPS Ground Standard Shipping & Handling within the contiguous 48 states* We CANNOT accept PO BOXES or APO for Display orders. The cost to ship them USPS is incredibly high.

Protectors & Toys: USPS First Class & Priority.

International: We no longer Ship Outside the USA due to fraud, unexpected customs fees & incorrect shipping calculations.

Summary: Most standard shipments should arrive in 1 to 6 business days depending upon routing and the distance from the west coast.Orders outside the lower 48 states will have an extra charge at checkout. Includes Alaska and Hawaii. (Returns WILL NOT be accepted on anything outside of the contiguous 48 states)USPS is used on some small orders in cases where shipping is cheaper and product arrival is quicker than UPS.We are no longer shipping International. Display Geek, Inc. is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item shipped to an address in California. In order to obtain Tax Exempt status for orders shipped in the State of California, we must first receive a completed State of California Resale Card by mail or e-mail. We will then setup your account to be tax exempt.

You have up to 30 days to return an item, but it must be returned in mint condition. Please contact us via email to process the return. Many items are limited and cannot be returned or refunded. We will however evaluate the situation and always be fair and easy to work with.

Please email our support department at support@displaygeek.com and one of our customer service reps will assist you with your return/or exchange promptly.

Items must be returned to us for a refund. Once the displays are built we cannot refund you for them unless you let us know why you are returning them.

There a few options:

SOLO Displays are shallow and made for 4 per row In Box facing forward. They are three rows so they hold 12 total In Box. These displays are versatile and can be spread out to hold much more. They are also perfect for Out of Box, Funko Soda, Q-Figs, Wraith Reapers, Tiny Ghosts and so much more. Don't forget more can go on top. CLASSIC Displays are deep and made to hold 5 per row with the box stored behind it. They are three rows so they hold 15 total Out of Box. You can also put them 4 across per row to hold 12 inside. FIGBOX Displays are made for 5 FiGPiN's per row In Box facing forward. They are three rows so they hold 15 total In Box. These displays are versatile and can be spread out to hold much more. HERO COMPLEX are made to fit 2 Pops in 0.50mm protectors and below.

The photo shows 3 single rows. They come in 3 packs like the photo. They are pre-boxed as 3 single rows so technically it is 3 displays in 1 box.

Display Geek: Classic comes in Black only. Solo and other displays come in Black or White.

Hero Complex: Black only

COLLECTIBLES

Pay attention to box condition in the title. For example *7/10 box* means there could be a few minor dings. *8/10 box* means minimal dings. If nothing is listed, product is in great shape.

Previous Policy: Collectibles can sometimes come from our distributor with a damaged box, a crappy paint job, or have creases when shipped to our facility. For most single items, we will list it with photos and typically reduce the price. For Pre-Orders, we will send out the products in the best condition FIRST, in the order they were purchased. We will ship all collectibles carefully with padding to ensure their safety. Pre-Ordered items are paid for at the time the order is placed and will be shipped as soon as they are available, in the order they were received. Due to the fact that items can be limited edition, we will not be accepting any returns on collectibles.
