Each product is CUSTOM MADE by machine. We do not accept returns unless there is an obvious issue that is our fault.

Domestic: 

USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or UPS Ground (4 business days) depending on cost within the contiguous mainland 48 states* We CANNOT accept PO BOXES for Display orders. They require USPS and the cost to ship them is incredibly high in most cases.

International:

Overall, a great product to cover my Diagon Alley set. My one critique is that the base itself is a little thin considering how long this set is. When I lifted it to put it on a shelf with the set inside, the middle of the base sagged enough that the acrylic side pieces slipped out of the base. We had to have two people support both the ends and the middle of it while lifting it.
