You have up to 30 days to return an item, but it must be returned in mint condition. Please email our support department at displaygeekinc@gmail.com and one of our customer service reps will assist you with your return/or exchange promptly. Items must be returned to us for a refund.

I ordered the wrong size:

We have named every product exactly the item it fits. We will no longer accept returns if you try to guess what might fit. We have spent years on this guide so please use the search and read about the products before purchasing. Contact us if you need verification.

Limited Items:

Many items are limited and cannot be returned or refunded. We will however evaluate the situation and always be fair and easy to work with.

Restocking Fee:

We have also added a restocking fee of 10% because we have to pay receivers to document, check and restock returns.

Domestic: 

USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or UPS Ground (4 business days) depending on cost within the contiguous mainland 48 states* We CANNOT accept PO BOXES for Display orders. They require USPS and the cost to ship them is incredibly high in most cases.

International:

Details:

• Most standard shipments should arrive in 1 to 6 business days depending upon routing and the distance from the west coast.

• Orders outside the lower 48 states will have an extra charge at checkout. Includes Alaska, Hawaii and sometimes APO. (Returns WILL NOT be accepted on anything outside of the contiguous 48 states)

International:
