To start a return, you can contact us at displaygeekinc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / NON-Returnable items
We cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Gift Cards or Custom Cut products like Acrylic Display Cases.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will gladly provide a pre-paid return label for items damaged, broken, or if an incorrect product was sent from our company. We will no longer be providing pre-paid labels for items damaged by the customer, purchasing of an incorrect size, or no longer needed or wanted items. Please bring the item to your local shipping company to get a label printed after we provide a return address.
As a small business we cannot survive by covering the cost of every return label. We do the best we can with what we have and take full responsibility whenever it is clearly our fault. The cost of shipping is simply too high to cover every issue the same way. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You sent me the wrong size protector:
First we need to verify that we did send the wrong protector. Unfortunately, the more common issue is the assumption of a protector based on the category (Example: Pop Rides). On every listing there is a fitting guide, if that item is NOT listed on the guide, we are no longer offering replacements or refunds. Not all Pop Rides fit Pop Ride protectors, and so on. Please read the description or use our search feature. Every answer is clear.
Limited Items:
Many items are limited and cannot be returned or refunded. We will however evaluate the situation and always be fair and easy to work with.
Restocking Fee:
We have also added a restocking fee of 10% because we have to pay receivers to document, check and restock returns.
