A Complete One Piece Funko Protector Guide

One Piece has one of the most expansive and diverse Funko Pop lineups in all of anime. Unlike some other lines where every figure comes in the same standard box, One Piece figures span a huge range of sizes and formats. For example, 4-inch standard size boxes, odd shaped 6-inch super size like Kaido Man-Beast, massive 10-inch jumbos, Pop! Rides pirate ships, Pop! Moments, and the ultra popular and unique Wanted Posters. Buying the wrong protector is an easy and frustrating mistake to make.

Do not worry, we got you.

This guide shows every One Piece Funko Pop box confirmed by Display Geek. Our database is incredibly accurate and we link the exact plastic protector or acrylic hard case that fits each item. One click takes you straight to the product. If it's listed here, it fits - that is the Display Geek guarantee.

How Display Geek confirms fit

Every item that is listed in our guide is based on confirmed box measurements, not guesses. We physically measure new boxes whenever possible, and when we do not have the box in hand yet, we ask collectors to send clear photos with a measuring tape against the height, width, and depth of the box before adding it to the guide.

One Piece Funko Pop Protector FAQ

Do all One Piece Funko Pops use the same protector size?

No - and this is the most common mistake One Piece collectors make. Standard 4-inch Pop! figures like Luffy, Zoro, and Nami use a standard size protector. But 6-inch super size Kaido need a different protector. The 10-inch Kaido needs a jumbo protector, Pop! Rides need their own larger format protector, and the Wanted Poster series needs a Pop! VHS size protector. Always check the specific figure in this guide before buying. You can search by name or box number to be sure.

What size protector fits a standard One Piece Funko Pop like Luffy or Zoro?

Standard One Piece figures fit the Display Geek standard size plastic protector. This covers most of the core Straw Hat Pirates lineup including Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Sanji, Tony Tony Chopper, Usopp, Nico Robin, Franky, Brook, and Jinbe in their standard box releases. Click the Protector button next to any figure above to go directly to the correct product.

What protector fits the Kaido 6-inch super Funko Pop?

Kaido Man-Beast Form is a 6-inch super figure and comes in a significantly larger box than a standard Funko Pop. It requires a specific Display Geek 6-inch super size protector - not a standard 6-inch one. Using a standard protector on a 6-inch super will not fit and may damage the box. Find Kaido in the table above and use the button to go directly to the correct protector.

What protector fits One Piece Pop! Rides like Luffy with the Thousand Sunny?

One Piece Pop! Rides come in wide, oversized boxes to accommodate both the figure and the vehicle. They require a Pop! Rides specific protector - not a standard Pop! Rides protector. The correct protector for each ride is listed in the table above next to the figure name.

What protector fits the One Piece Wanted Poster Funko Pops?

The One Piece Wanted Poster series comes in a tall, wide box similar to the Pop! VHS & Game Cover lines. These require the Display Geek Wanted Poster size protector, which is specifically sized for that box format. Using a standard protector will not work.

My One Piece figure is not in this guide. What should I do?

The One Piece Funko Pop line is one of Funko's largest and most active - new figures release regularly. If your figure is not listed here, search the full Display Geek master protector guide which is updated continuously. If it still is not found, email our team at support@displaygeek.com with your box number and measurements and we will get you sorted.

Are Display Geek protectors UV resistant?

Many Display Geek protectors are UV resistant, and we are actively upgrading older 0.50mm non-UV sizes to our newer 0.60mm UV-resistant protectors. Because some sizes are still being upgraded, always check the individual product listing linked in the guide to confirm the current thickness and UV details before ordering.

What is the difference between a plastic protector and an acrylic hard case for One Piece Funko Pops?

Plastic protectors are flexible PET sleeves that slip over the box - lightweight, stackable, and ideal for your everyday collection. Acrylic hard cases are rigid 3mm UV-resistant cases that offer maximum protection for your most valuable pieces like Monkey D Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami & Sanji (4 Pack), or rare convention exclusives like Franky with Black Rhino FR-U 4 ECCC #144 (Pop Rides). Many collectors use plastic protectors for the bulk of their One Piece collection and acrylic cases for their grails.
